I made an enquiry over a car purchase and was put in contact with Joseph Pepper who was very prompt courteous and professional and was very happy with the deal he offered me however i assumed the seats would have adjustable lumbar support and this particular car did not. Due to on going back trouble this was a prerequisite for me as i can be in the car for long distances. Joseph went beyond the call of duty to explain the features the car had and i only wish we could have completed the deal as both me and my wife really liked the car and Joseph conducted him self impeccably. I called in to have a look at the BMW i4 as my current company car is shortly due for replacement. I also wanted to look at possible lease options if I decided to opt-out of my companies car scheme and take a monthly payment instead.
