Happy overall. Only comment is that having dropped off at 8.30 the car wasn’t ready until 5.00.When 7 people turned up at the same time to collect their cars. That implies that the planning of drop offs and collections wasn’t well planned although acknowledged that there will be a number of people who will need to collect after work.

Joe was very helpful, friendly and professional whilst i was looking to buy a new car. On the handover of the car he explained where everything was and how it all worked. Joe couldn’t have done anymore for me. Very accommodating and personable.

I would like to thank the service desk Ladies for an outstanding service and customer service. Nothing is to much for them. They deserve a recognition by your company. When my Lease company made a mistake your team did not falter they managed to sort the issue within a few minutes. " my car was booked in with a courtesy car or so I was informed, when dropping the car off it became apparent my company had not order a courtesy car, your team managed to correct this. Thank You.

I am a little confused why I got this survey. I did not visit the dealership. A member of your sales team phoned me and asked if I was interested in changing my vehicle. I said not at this time. It was left that I would potentially pursue the matter in the spring. Happy to chat it through any time.

Joseph Pepper was fantastic from start to finish. This was the first time I had considered buying a Mini and unfortunately due to other factors I was not able to commit to the deal. This being said, based on Joe’s customer service, the helpfulness and professionalism shown from now just Joe, but management too (things such as answering emails promptly and working around my work schedule in order to make a visit to the showroom possible). I will be back to buy a mini in the future! Look forward to driving one of your cars in a couple of years.

Brilliant service from Joe Pepper and Oliver Sharman. I visited the dealership looking for a second hand Mini and honestly never thought I could afford or would be driving away less than a week later in a brand new car.
