The lovely young lady, Abigail helped us look for a vehicle and go for a test drive.We were quite specific with our needs and Abigail got in touch a couple of times with vehicles she had found but nothing was suitable.We have since found a mini that fits our criteria.

Joe Pepper knows how to meet customers expectations and can adapt needs to help them. I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis and take longer than most to get about. Joe never rushed me or made me feel like I was a burden

Happy overall. Only comment is that having dropped off at 8.30 the car wasn’t ready until 5.00.When 7 people turned up at the same time to collect their cars. That implies that the planning of drop offs and collections wasn’t well planned although acknowledged that there will be a number of people who will need to collect after work.
