Compared to other Mini dealerships I had approached prior to purchasing my new vehicle, Lookers were far superior thanks mainly to their very welcoming and knowledgeable sales staff with James CLAYTON being an absolute delight to do business with. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I received regular updates on the progress of my vehicle right through from placing the initial order to delivery of my vehicle. The guy is a credit to your organisation. A great experience from start to (nearly) finish! I say nearly as Mini were not happy with the cleanliness of the car, due to the valeters so the car is being returned next week to be re cleaned and a few stone chips touched up and compensation has been offered.Joe and Ben were both professional, knowledgable, friendly and efficient during the process and I would have no issues in recommending the garage. A very fair deal was offered in the end and I like the fact you can test drive without a salesman sitting in the car with you. My phone was set up for me as well which was an added bonus :)

helpful, seamless process

Best garage I’ve ever dealt with after numerous bad experiences elsewhere. Joe was great to deal with from the off, quick to respond to any communications and questions. Abi and Joe were really friendly when I went to collect the car, the manager was great with my 2 year old and Joe made sure the car i purchased actually had a decent amount of petrol in too rather than the fumes I have been left with elsewhere. Great garage to deal with, would happily purchase from thief again in the future
