Excellent service from the Stafford Team. The Health Check video was extremely helpful, for safety reasons we replaced two tyres that were starting to perish although the vehicle had passed its MOT. Andrea Green on the Service desk was extremely helpful, arranging transport for us to our hotel, fully explaining what would be done during the MOT, what the cost would be and providing a realistic timeframe for the work so that we could plan the rest of our day. Also, Ashley helped to sort out the re-set on the car computer which another garage had failed to do following an earlier service, resulting in constant messages about a service being overdue. Cant's fault the customer service or the work carried out. Would say however that had we known the rear tyres were starting to perish at the time the garage had the car, we would have asked them to replace them, rather than having them replaced once we had left the garage.
