I want to thank the member of staff that dealt with me. I’ve always found garages and car dealerships extremely intimidating. James (Clayton) made it the friendliest experience possible and I was quickly offered refreshments each time I went in. I’d say I’d do it again but he was clearly such a good salesman that I purchased a car that will last me a while so unfortunately won’t be back any time soon…

Great customer experience at Lookers Stafford. Joe Pepper did the initial car viewing and sale then I saw James Clayton when I picked up my new car on 30 September. The lads are great, really friendly and know their stuff. James answered all my questions ( even the stupid questions where I’d never had / driven an automatic before and my poor IT capabilities when it comes to Apps!) I’m so pleased with my new car. It’s fab to drive and great in terms of space now I have a dog. ( I heard it’s the dog car of the year 😂👍)My young dog Roger - also had a great time in the showroom! Great dog biscuits !Would definitely recommend Lookers Stafford. James is great - sorted everything out efficiently and Joe did a great video of the car which got me to buy !ThanksPS Drinks machine hot chocolate- best ever

I must say, Carlie Greenhalgh, who i dealt with during the week and on Saturday, was excellent. Very Helpful and knowledgeable. When the time is right, I would certainly want Carlie to deal with any car i purchase again.
