James was very helpful and followed up my visit with calls . He was friendly, not pushy and that made for an excellent “shopping” experience . Even if I ultimately decided against a mini based on practicality rather than heart .

Staff extremely helpful and accommodating as I needed my car back within 3hrs to attend a GP appointment on the same day! They ensured my car was done & ready for me! I do need to return my car for one further job to be carried out due to time constraints of me needing to leave.

Excellent service from Stafford team! Andrea helped me and liaised with the service manager as I had a bad tyre. They got me booked in. I may have had to come back in 2 hours time but they found the time to help me on that day which was last minute. Fantastic customer service
