After calling in on the off chance to view a used mini, I was greeted by Jackie Hogan, who took, time to listen to my requirements & arranged a couple of test drives. She was very patient with me, as I kept seeing another mini that looked more appealing. After much to-ing & fro-ing, I decided upon a mini Cooper S & bought it! So far I am delighted with the car.

Hounded me with constant phone calls and voicemails,Went down to view and waited around 30 mins before being told it'd be better to come back the next day despite calling to confirm if going down at that time would be ok prior to arriving.

Weren’t able to provide suitable options, offered a poor part exchange in existing mini, we had to chase. Compared to Sytner it was a negative experience

I wanted to bring to your attention a serious issue that has recently come to light following a service on the Audi TT I purchased from you. While the car is mechanically sound, the servicing garage was alarmed to discover that the vehicle had been fitted with incorrect tyre sizes on all four wheels.Specifically, the car was fitted with 255/25 R19 tyres, whereas the manufacturer specification requires 255/35 R19. The garage highlighted that the existing tyres were unsafe and that the visible gap around the alloys was a clear indication of the mismatch. They advised that this could have compromised the safety and handling of the car.I was extremely disappointed to learn this, especially as I purchased the vehicle from a main dealer precisely because I trusted it would undergo thorough pre-sale checks and meet all safety and legal standards.Due to the urgency of the issue, I had no option but to replace all four tyres immediately at a cost of over £500.Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied by a trader must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Supplying a vehicle with incorrectly sized tyres—posing a potential safety risk—falls short of these requirements. This also raises concern under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, which prohibit misleading omissions or practices that could influence a consumer’s decision to purchase. While I understand that tyres are classed as wear-and-tear items, this issue clearly relates to a pre-existing fault at the point of sale and a failure to carry out appropriate safety checks. Therefore, I believe it is reasonable to request reimbursement of the £500 I was forced to spend correcting the issue.I would appreciate your prompt response within 14 days, so we can resolve this matter amicably.

Having an awful buying experience with this dealership, would not reccomend and deffo wouldn’t be back i na rush to buy another car. Found a good clean Mini 2017 from this dealer which i thought was a bit of me. Decided i’d like to reserve and buy it, thats when the service went downhill. Straight off the bat they were adamant on have full payment two days prior to collection, i asked if i could not settle on the day was told it HAD to be paid by the day they said, we agreed as we were indeed happy with the car. Was told it had a dent which would be rectified by the collection day agreed on, to then be told that it would not be sorted till the following week, having organised my transport there already (4hrs drive from mine) i agreed to collect without the dent repaired and if they could discount the price of repair, the salesman said it was a mere £25-30 which i thought was quite rude as that could be a lot for some people, he went ahead and still charged me full price, also added £40 for fuel they decided to put in without asking me. I collected the car on a sunday and on areival the car was parked under trees with windows open, covered in dust and dirt and the inside had leaves and bits, obviously wasn’t washed but i’d drove 4 hrs i wasn’t leaving without it. I stopped for lunch 30 mins later to notice a crack in the grill and 2 stone chips on the windscreen, was told from the salesman that by their standards they couldn’t see the damage from 2 meters away so it was all good to sell to public. This didn’t inspire much confidence in me so i got my own check done once i got home from my local Mini dealer and they pointed out the cracked grill and advised the chips would come up on the next MOT. I’m getting nowhere to get help to rectify these issues even when i tried to meet them halfway offering to get it done at my workplace for cheaper and they pay the bill. After several complains and attwmpts to contact higher ups i’ve still got nowhere further. They like to emphasize the car is 8 years old however at a price of £10,499 its still a lot of money in my eyes and they should not expect customers to just think of it as mere pennies as they like to make it look like. Will definitely not be reccomending them to anyone who’d ask me!

called regarding vehicle that he purchased on 3rd October, numerous faults on the vehicle (dent in fuel filter cap which was to be deducted from price, condition of the vehicle as it had been parked under a tree, chip and crack in windscreen which he was advised not visible from 2 metres so it is deemed acceptable by lookers standards, front grill is cracked) raised with the sales exec (Christopher Garner) he dealt with who has refused to acknowledge these issues, has then requested head of businesses email and still no response from them either. looking to get vehicle sorted but is also 4 hours away from the site. happy to take it to a local lookers dealership or have the work carried out at his work as works for a BMW dealership as long as the bill is covered for him. also mentioned that he feels the £10500 that he paid was a lot of money to pay for a damaged vehicle

I purchased a car and was advised the car would be serviced before delivery as it was due. I was advised I would be sent a receipt of this. I have asked several times for a copy of this but I have not been sent this. I tried contacting the service dept, but they advised it was locked and that they would ask Daniel Price to send it. Again no response. I am not sure that the car has been serviced and therefore on breach of your advertised used car guarantee. I am very disappointed and want this issue sorted.

Staff arrived two minutes before opening, the time BMW sales people told us mini was open was different to the website, the advertised times and the actual time they opened. Sales person didn’t really listen to what we wanted, other sales man jumped in to help, found a car we were very interested in but a staff member had taken them home with them. ShowroomWas full of dirty mugs and cups from the day before.

Needed to drop at 9 and collect at 3 school run. Was told sorry it has to be 9 till 5 or a curtesy car not paying £35. So spoke to sytner Wolverhampton service £170 cheaper and waiting appointment available. Called lookers call centre today to be told yes they offer waiting appointments but sorry service £170 more. Going to raise a complaint and ask for my recorded cal to be listened to.
