Very helpful and informative. Sadly the ACEMAN was removed from Motability by MINI and so we could not proceed as we hoped. Beatrice and Tom, who we dealt with, were excellent.

Really helpful, easy process

Enquired after 5 door mini clubman but did get contacted about 3 door hatch which wasn’t suitable. Beatrice did contact me about the correct car but I’d already reserved a car elsewhere by that time.

Our initial query was left with Oliver and he did try to find us a car but his search did not match our criteria. However, I highly commend Beatrice highly enough. She provided a very detailed video message and has followed up with calls too. Sadly we are hopeful if purchasing a car from Eastern Mini in Edinburgh but if this should fall through, we would contact Beatrice.

The sales executive Oliver was very professional and thorough in his presentation. Even though our English was not very good, he listened and explained patiently.
