My Mini was booked for rear breaks lights service, but 5 days before due, on the way to work I had a warning light for the brakes and low tyre pressure. I was able to inflate the tyre to get it to mini to see if they could help with the brakes. Ash Highland was the person who greeted me, he explained that due to staff illness it was extremely busy but he would see if he could get it looked at that day. By midday I was contact to say the pads had been replaced and I needed a replacement tyre. The service was fast and efficient, but thanks to Ash I didn't loose another day from work which would have meant losing another days' pay. I can't thank Ash and the team enough, since moving to Lookers MINI Stafford I have never been disappointed.
