Very friendly, helpful and efficient

Car was washed several days before I collected it so it was firstly even though I was offered a free wash??

My car is Motability, I have received a first class service.Yes would go back for my next car.

I have used this dealership for years and would highly recommend, the service team are helpful and friendly. Only comment I would add would be to suggest booking complimentary taxi when booking in vehicle to ensure you can fulfill this. This is a great service just need to forward plan.

Although I have answered no to some of the questions above about sourcing a vehicle and finance options. Unfortunately I didn't get that far as my choice of vehicle changed so this was not necessary.James Clayton at Stafford was very informative with helping on what I initially wanted and was on hand to provide information on the cars available. Ashley Highland looked after me during my experience at lookers last week, he was incredibly professional, comforting and humorous. He explained everything in great detail and really cared. I felt supported during my experience and will endeavour to use this garage, if possible aim to work with Ashley for any future requirements.
