I called in as a warning light had come on as I joined the M6 at the start of a long journey, and I couldn't fault the service I received from start to finish. Andrea Green was brilliant, and within 2 hours I was on the road again and caught the ferry in Portsmouth. A part had even to be sourced and collected from Stoke.

The colleague that dealt with the booking in of my car informed me that it needed booking for a service, I said I was told the same last time but when I attempted to book it over the phone the telephone colleague advised it was not due yet & put me off. I was somewhat annoyed as I would have booked for this as well as the job it was booked in for; the colleague understood my frustration and apologised, saying they would do their best to try and get the service department to do it whilst it is in. I was therefore very happy and impressed when upon my return for my vehicle it had been done,

James was very approachable and helpful. He gave us lots of information and answered all of our questions.

The company repaired a small scratch on my new Mini free of charge and even arranged for a taxi to take me home and return me to the garage when the work was done. Excellent paintwork job too!!
