On this occasion I had to chase the service department for an update, I have a time restraint with picking up my special needs daughter which was communicated to them prior to leaving my car. I had the free taxi service to drop me off and pick me up to return for my car, when I had not heard by the agreed deadline I had to call and chase this as I needed the car back to fetch my daughter.I would have thought the complimentary cleaning service would be back now that COVID rules have relaxed, even it is only the outside.

Kirsty in the service centre was very efficient and helpful

I was offered a change of brake fluid and, had I been told the extortionate price of this item, I would have declined the offer. I was not informed of the cost at the time and only found out when I came to pay the bill. I will not make this mistake again!
