2nd visit now and still no car cleaning facility Would be nice to have had it washed as before, I can understand the first time as Covid was more critical but restrictions are now being relaxed everywhere else so a nice little valet would have been a nice touch.

I was very disappointed when collecting my beautiful Countryman.It had not been Valeted!!In my opinion collecting your dirty car after an MOT or Service is very disappointing. This small but important service just adds to the Mini experience.

I contacted Tom who was extremely helpful when helping me trying to source a mini countryman on the Motability scheme. Sadly he was unable to locate me a car due to the current supply issues but I found his information and advice brilliant. He listened to my needs and personally went out of his way to even create a video showing me the car before my visit down to try the car. Every attention to detail was discussed and even down to my own personal requirements for my disability and the adaptability of the car for needs. I personally feel Tom is a very valuable asset to your team but I am just extremely sad that mini were unable to provide me with a stock car and now sadly it has been removed from the Motability scheme.

First Class Service given the current circumstances we find ourselves continuing to be in and the precautions in place to protect all.
