Would have liked the car to have been cleaned

The process of getting my vehicle serviced with Knights Stafford was easier than anticipated. From booking directly through the mini app to drop off and collection. Kelsey from customer service was brilliant and communicated clearly what was happening and next steps. My only criticism was the lack of courtesy vehicles which meant I had to sort a lift from and to the dealership in between, for a brand such as Mini & BMW you would expect a courtesy vehicle to cover this.

On site staff are really helpful and good. Making a booking and speaking to someone is really painful. I phoned a number of times and got through to what was possibly a call centre. Multiple times my calls were not returned and on one call it was cut off and the caller did not call back. I just want to call up and speak to the dealer direct to book my car in, not call up and wait for a call back at some point in the future.

From the onset from our initial phone enquiry Joe Wardle was amazing and very personable and knowledgeable about the Mini product , nothing was too much trouble, even with a few issues along the way Joe was professional and got things sorted in the correct way giving us right attention leading to an outcome we were very happy with.

all done on the phone the person i was dealing with was Carlie Greenhalgh who kept me informed through out the buying process no heavy handed sales did not feel any pressure gave all the info needed to choose what i wanted. was great was impressed with her so please pass on to here manager for myself.

I was given all the information I needed to make a decision. Excellent service and really like that there is a follow up e-mail after my car was delivered. Really good & I would return again when changing my car although it is some distance from home.
