This is the second mini I’ve purchased from Lookers (formally Knights) on this occasion, I had to use a branch which wasn’t local to me and the reason was the sales person, Joe Wardle. I bought my first mini from him and he was first class so I wanted to buy my second mini from Joe.

Just looking at what was available, email received chasing my look, email reply that not buying at moment just looking , didn’t pursue me any more apart from this.

Honestly, a couple of years ago I experienced the most terrible situation with the sales team here and have not returned since even travelling to Oxford to purchase my latest mini to avoid them. With little alternative due to the current pandemic I reluctantly booked in for a service at Knights Stafford. WOW what a transformation, in just 90 minutes Ash completely turned my opinions around. This man is an asset to you putting customers at the heart of the business. Thank you Ash and the technician for a 💯 % customer centric experience.
