Three delivery dates cancelled .Work to the Mini (which was agreed)was incomplete 3 times , over 18 dayperiod.I ended up paying for a black belt lineand fitting to the car ,which was at my request,which would not have happenedif the car had been ready on time forCollection.

We were impressed with the service,Beatrice was brilliant.She arranged test drive of the Mini Countryman,and we were very impressed withe the car.Beatrice went through all the details about a possible terms,but at the moment we were not in a position to proceed.However,we said to Beatrice that maybe at the end of this year we would be in a position to make a purchase,then we shall have no hesitation in contacting her to discuss further.
