I requested a call back from your call centre as I couldn’t get though, another problem arose with my car she returned my call and left a message as I was all ready on a call,so I returned the call and again asked for another call back which never happened ,

I understand the Service Advisor that handled my visit was relatively new, even though this wasn't evident in the way she was professional and always referred to me as Mr Grant, very respectful and thorough as well as willing to learn and ask questions.

Excellent service and assistance from David Carter. All aspects of purchase arranged until vehicle sold by another salesman. This was down to me taking time to decide. Dave then sourced and offered both new and ex demo vehicles but unfortunately not quite to my spec He could do no more Thanks again to him.Also, the 'No' replies above are purely down to my distance from Nights, North Staffordshire.

Due to there being no loan cars at the moment I have to wait on site for my car, which is fine, but I know I've contacted you before about the audio experience for customers. I had to spend 6 hours waiting for my car, which was spent listening to Signal 1 quite quietly. Irritating at best, I was bombarded with adverts echoing round, including adverts for other car dealers. Even though I might be the wrong person to help - https://humanplaylistr.com - could I ask you to look into it? Thanks!

Although there was nothing suitable to meet my specification at the time I would like to praise your Sales Executive, Jack Bourne, who was very approachable, knowledgeable and informative. This reinforces the fact that people prefer to buy from helpful people.

You do not offer a wash inside and out apparently because of Covid, I find that strange because cleaning a car after working on it would make it more safe not less. Synter do offer this service. Strange that ?
