Great service from Jordan and his colleague, sorry didn't get his name, down at Knights Stoke. MOT and minor service and ready for collection by lunch time.I noted that the lookers group still have a policy of not cleaning customer cars. Which is a little disappointing after 2 years of Covid, and many other dealerships already cleaning customer vehicles. Seems daft you can go down the pub without a mask, go to a night club etc but Lookers say it's not safe to clean customer cars, hopefully you will soon get back to offering full services to customers in 2022.

Reported to reception & was seen to immediately by a very polite gentleman. Received a telephone to inform me of quite simple problem & not expensive! Again collection car was excellent and he actually took me to my car in the pouring rain. Very impressed with the service I received. Thank you.

Thanks for a great service. I never had a problem getting through, and any query I had was always answered efficiently and helpfully. Both Toby and Antony have been great looking after the sale. Though ultimately I didn’t actually take up BMW’s finance option, Antony’s call about finance was ultimately what probably triggered me to buy the car. He certainly has the gift of the gab. I hope the car looks after me and my 2 year old for the next several years.

Excellent service. However you are not at all competitive on MOT pricing which may well affect the decision next year I do realise you follow national guidelines but many competitors offer lower prices without the need to travel to your premises which are not conveniently situated.
