The salespersonwas superb and I was going to buy the BMW I was prepared to buy until she told me I only had 5 MINUTES to make my mind up on the sale.This really annoyed me when this was said.I made a silly excuse about my wife not agreeing with me and I declined.I did feel under great pressure.

Dean Hughes was very helpful, and I’m sure a deal may have been probable, but a vehicle for test drive could not be sourced.

The service I received from Lauren in the service department at BMW Stoke was first class, can’t fault her, nor her other colleagues who assisted, at all. Very professional, knowledgeable and most of all carried out their tasks with a big smile. Well done. 👏👏👏👏👏

I requested a call back from your call centre as I couldn’t get though, another problem arose with my car she returned my call and left a message as I was all ready on a call,so I returned the call and again asked for another call back which never happened ,

I understand the Service Advisor that handled my visit was relatively new, even though this wasn't evident in the way she was professional and always referred to me as Mr Grant, very respectful and thorough as well as willing to learn and ask questions.

Excellent service and assistance from David Carter. All aspects of purchase arranged until vehicle sold by another salesman. This was down to me taking time to decide. Dave then sourced and offered both new and ex demo vehicles but unfortunately not quite to my spec He could do no more Thanks again to him.Also, the 'No' replies above are purely down to my distance from Nights, North Staffordshire.
