Easy to deal with but car arrived with a chip on the boot and a hairline scratch on a panel. They have promised to deal with this, which is fine but disappointed that the car arrived in this condition. Although for the rest of the transaction it was good.

Welcoming and friendly staff (Weronika) car serviced without stated timescale. Not 100% sure car sanitised inside as there was no smell or product evidence. Weronika was great, is looking into a redund for me that was agreed prior to lockdown in the absence of another colleague who is furloughed. Thanks Weronika! 😊 Guy was efficient and friendly who booked the service over a month ago too.

The car had a oil light fault, apparently due to a software problem. BMW sorted it out at no cost to me, which was great. The only difference in the car is that it doesn't seem to be as quick, but that might be down to new oil.

Very pleased even though Lockdown made it a little less personal an experience. Everything went very smoothly.

The lady I dealt with was extremely pleasant and efficient. This would be a five star rating, however , I understand COVID-19 has added extra challenges, but if my car can be sterilised “before and after” the work done, I don’t see why a courtesy car can’t be provided and treated in the same way. It has cost me nearly £40 in taxis to get a warranty repair fixed. I feel that if a courtesy car or a lift can not be provided , then an account with a taxi firm should be sorted so customers are not out of pocket for a warranty repair. On the 4 times the car has had to be returned for service and warranty work, only twice have I been offered a courtesy car. My wife has an Audi and she not only gets a courtesy car, but given enough notice, she gets a choice of which car to have. Given this, BMW may not be my first choice when it comes to changing cars as the after sales service is a bit wanting.
