Drove away this evening 100% satisfied with my 2016 7 series from at Knights BMW, Stoke on Trent. Richard Dixon who dealt with my purchase was very helpful and could not do enough to assist, he even put my number plates on when i came to collect the car. Excellent, informative service with attention to detail.

I was surprised that cleaning of the car was not carried out. The reason given was due to covid. I had to take my Jaguar into the jaguar dealership a couple of weeks before the BMW visit and they carried out a full clean.

I arrived into the showroom thins morning and was met by Amber Mason who made me feel at home and wanted to ensure that my visit was safe and secure. She kept me fully informed. As for the facilities, Covid-19 restrictions are in place with very clear floor marking and advice from the members of staff.
