Couldn’t book online and soonest appointment you had was 1 month from when I booked, but customer service on the day and quality of work etc. were excellent as with previous visits.

The whole experience was made simple and pleasant, first class. Mr. Jack Casewell was exceptional in guiding me through the process from first contact to delivery (and post delivery). I was advised my car would be ready at end of April ,and it was. I can't fault the whole sales process and those involved. Finally, I am delighted with my new X3, it exceeds all my expectations. I can’t praise Shannon’s professionalism enough. She delivered all I asked and although I didn’t make a purchase it was my decision to hold onto my current BMW for the time being. I initially thought of downsizing as I explained to Shannon however having test driven a couple of models I decided against doing the aforementioned. I was very satisfied with the trade in price for my X3 and the sales department couldn’t be faulted in any way for their efforts to satisfy my requirements. Shannon knows the upgraded model (not yet available) I am after and will no doubt contact me when available. Thank you for your excellent attention.
