Both John Hulse & Nick Mackenzie made the entire process seamless. For example they have had to order a missing rear headrest from the manufacturer (awaiting delivery) but are prepared to meet me/drop off once it has arrived!

Adam was very helpful, polite and kept us informed from order to collection.The car valet was not as good as expected on a brand new car, glass was smeared.We await response regarding loose catch on glove box and poor stitching on drivers seat…again not what you would expect on a brand new car.

My initial contact with the dealership was rather slow, as I had to wait for a saleman to return my call. However, once I was contacted by Phil Cannan it was fine, and I was very pleased with the service and help that he gave. He always responded quickly to my queries, and was professional at all times.
