I can honestly say that the process for purchasing my new car was so easy and an excellent experience albeit an expensive one lol. All the staff from reception to service to sales personnel were very friendly and professional.

The service is terrific. I love the part that the dealer communicate on behalf of customers with the manufacturer to a better fixing plan. The only downside is that I wasn't provided with a courtesy car during the repair and before the repair when waiting for the parts, since the car was found problematic. The dealer only recommended me not to drive the car by knowing that I need a commuting tool certain times.

The whole experience was very well explained by the knowledgeable service advisor and kept me informed of the progress throughout the day, well done!!!

I travelled over 2 hours to pick up the car, because dealing with my local dealership (8 minutes) was turning out to be painful and dealing with Shannon was straightforward and easy.
