Service consultant Jordan as always was very helpful, I just feel having to pay £145 to have the screen washer jets unblocked on a nearly new vehicle is excessive Jordan explained why but I still feel it is very unreasonable for car still under warranty and a reason that it would fail an MOT.

Experience was all good, prompt callback when staff member was on leave, even responding out of hours. Potential car looked good and price agreed, but could not commit for a few days and car was sold. My luck, nothing wrong from dealer.
