The only problem I had was not getting callbacks,I booked in for an mot and end of warranty check.I then wanted to add the tracking system to be checked,they couldn’t get through to servicing and said they would ring me back to confirm, three calls later with no conformation I called again and asked had it been added.,same again,so I said just get it added please, the reply was do you want me to call back,I laughed and said well you won’t anyway.

Very positive impression of the dealership. Would have come and checked out one car on offer, but found another car elsewhere and decided to go ahead with that mainly for financial reasons.

I had a fantastic experience with Aaron Bates at the Stoke on Trent store. He was helpful and friendly and was able to find me exactly what I wanted and for the right price. He fitted in phone calls and pick up date around my work schedule and was so respectful with communication as he knows I work shifts. I only wish I was in positive equity on my other finance care as id have happily traded that in and bought another BMW of Aaron. Keeping that in mind I will be back when I'm able to swap that car to deal with Aaron again.
