Took longer than expected due to further issue identified which unavoidably delayed the process a few days. Communication was not as good as expected was mostly unaware of progress until end of the day. Have not yet received email information relating to the repairs carried out (as I was advised would happen).

Communication was not great at the end of the day.I informed the lady looking after the booking that it would take me 1 hour to travel back to the dealership. I phoned the dealership at 4.30pm to see if my car was ready. It was stated that the lady dealing with my booking was on the phone and would call me back with the information. I began my journey to the dealership at 4.45pm as I was aware it closed at 6pm. I finally had a phone call back from the dealership at 5.15pm stating the car was ready. She apologised for the delay as she'd been with another customer. This is fine but maybe a colleague of hers could have contacted me.It's nice to have a dedicated person but I'm not convinced that the role should be fully inclusive. If I had waited then I would not have had my car back for the very early work start the next day.Just to add, the car was spotless when I picked it up. Thank you

My vehicle was returned to me quicker than expected. I had a loan car arranged via another company. Europcar or Eurocar ? I was given an envelope with the keys in and drove off. It would have been helpful if the Lookers staff had suggested I read through the agreement before setting off. I would then have walked around the vehicle and noted that it had far more extensive damage on the passenger side; than was documented on the agreement. I am aware Lookers staff are not responsible for the loan vehicle, but discovering the damage when I got home, having to report it and worrying that the company would think I had done it was stressful. This may have occurred on your property. Car dropped off Saturday for my use from the Monday. This is not a complaint, but an observation to consider to assist future customers.
