When calling to book vehicle in I was speaking to a call centre not at Stoke . It took some explaining to the lady what I believed to be the problem she misunderstood at first and it was quite frustrating. I was speaking about tyre ware and tracking, the lady thought It was about a tracker on the car!

My return is to do work that was picked during my service. Parts had to be ordered. Jordan is excellent - very helpful and charming. Now that I have found a way to bypass your dreadful call centre I am one hundred percent happy with the service provided.

Amazing experience, couldn't recommend Jack Bourne enough :)

Mark Graham and Dan Hunter were outstanding. Friendly, professional ,but not pushy. A pleasure to deal with them.

Special mention for Adam whose service from 1st contact by phone to handing over the keys has been excellent. Five star all round.

The only problem I had was not getting callbacks,I booked in for an mot and end of warranty check.I then wanted to add the tracking system to be checked,they couldn’t get through to servicing and said they would ring me back to confirm, three calls later with no conformation I called again and asked had it been added.,same again,so I said just get it added please, the reply was do you want me to call back,I laughed and said well you won’t anyway.

Very positive impression of the dealership. Would have come and checked out one car on offer, but found another car elsewhere and decided to go ahead with that mainly for financial reasons.
