No follow up call post purchase

Over the last few years I have bought Audi and Mercedes cars and I can honestly say that the service we received from Richard Leeder was far superior. He put us at ease from the start and very knowledgeable about the product as we would expect but he just went that extra step to make sure we were happy with all the details.Great service would defiantly recommend anyone buying a car from you speak to Richard.

Dan was brilliant, we came car shopping with kids and he was so patient and accommodating despite the frequent interruptions. Hope he is still there when we are ready for our next car!

I never came to the showroom. Only through email.I chose a new BMW RT motorbike due 1st march instead.

My overall service experience was great.I would like to share my convene over one the issues with the vehicle- blockage of screen washers. This problem appears to be prolific when searching online and ironically another person checking in at the same time was reporting the same issue. I would like to know what BMW are doing to tackle this. Thanks Jayne Lowe
