Overall a great experience. From our initial enquiry, to ordering the car, completing the paperwork and collecting the car we have had a brilliant experience. If we were to pick fault it would be with the communication when waiting for our new vehicle. We didn’t hear anything for a number of weeks (we realise that sometimes there isn’t any update and delays can’t be helped but feel a courtesy email or call would be appreciated) then when we called ourselves for an update we were given conflicting information, this was frustrating but not a huge issue. Jack and Dan were both extremely accommodating and Jack couldn’t do enough when it came to us collecting the car. They are both a credit to the business. We will definitely recommend the dealership to friends and will definitely return ourselves. Thanks again
