Jack Bourne was excellent right from my first visit to look at changing my 1 series. He has always been helpful, informative with a lovely and polite manner. He was prepared to go above and beyond to ensure I was kept up to date - often out of core office hours.He is a credit to the Stoke site and wider business.

Your agent Aaron Bates was extremely helpful and delivered a first class service for me. He went out of his way to deliver a charging cable, which was not in the vehicle, to me after his work day had finished.
