this was the second BMW i have bought from Lookers in Stock and the experience and customer care was fantastic! From the salesman Mark to the help with the technical stuff from Tom and Molly. I will be back againvery happy.

Delivery time needs to be more accurate. This would have enabled me to make more appropriate interim arrangements whilst waiting for delivery. The date kept sliding gradually from June to December.

Very efficient service

Initially a telephone conversation regarding a X3M40i new advertised with Auto Trader. Unfortunately the deal offered was not suitable for both parties. But I hope to enquire again in the new year

Great experience with lookers as a return customer , all paper work and finance was done over the phone and email , car was great although there were a few things to point out which I was a little disappointed about , one was the fault lights on the car which I was advised to would go out after running vehicle , both were and still are lit on the dashboard. Wiper fluid is one and airbag is the other , these are dealer faults which should have been addressed before point of sale and I now have to take to Volvo dealer to fix at my expense . The other was the wiper fluid bottle was filled with water not proprietary washer fluid and the tank had frozen solid and did not defrost till nearly half my journey home. I did stop at nearest petrol station to pick up some fluid as Nick the used car manager apologised as he did not have access to any on picking the car up. He advised that if I purchased a bottle he would refund cost to which I sent him a receipt of purchase. These are things that were either overlooked or I was misled to believe would go away of there own accord, I have since booked car in at Volvo to have issues looked at to which any cost will be forwarded to lookers for a reimbursement!

I found Richard Leeder to be excellent, respectful, very thorough and made the whole experience of purchasing my car really great. I would highly recommend Richard at BMW Stoke.
