This is my 15th BMW so I am used to very good service from the vious dealerships but Lookers Stoke on Trent has been exceptional the manager Martin and particular Phil Cannan nothing was to much trouble I can't prayz him enough thank you very much Phil and Lookers.

Josh Mann who I dealt with was fantastic nothing was too much trouble for him. He gave excellent customer service without the pushy sales pitch, that would of made me shop elsewhere. He answer all my questions and was very helpful.

Despite the current supply chain difficulties, the sales team were always positive and professional in their communications.

Good easy transaction from start to finish. Richard the saleman was knowledgeable and helpful from first contact to picking the car up.

Well I keep coming back to purchase a replacement vehicle and that is the best recommendation I can give .If I felt disappointed or unsatisfied I would not return.

Whilst having to wait 10 months from ordering the new vehicle to collection, the initial 3 months communication and contact was good, after that for the next 2 months the contact was nonexistence with no updates re delivery date or reason for delays, when I was getting no updates from the sales team, I rang to find the salesman had left, I was then assigned a new contact for updates and to see the sale through, from then on the communication was excellent, when the new vehicle finally arrived to my annoyance it didn't have the 19 inch wheels fitted that I ordered and paid for as an additional option, although the money I had paid for the option was refunded, the shine had been removed from the sale as I thought the wheels were the final touch and the icing on the cake,The new vehicle hand over from Demi was excellent, and the drive home lived up to expectations although the illumination of a low washer fluid level took a bit of a shine off the vehicle thinking if the washer fluid wasn't filled up what else has not been done on the Pre delivery checks,

Phil Cannan was excellent, he was patient, knowledgeable and didnt hesitate to help us with any queries or question. He made the whole process enjoyable and I would not hesitate to buy a car from him again he is a credit to the company.
