I was made to feel welcome on dropping my vehicle off, asked if I wanted it to be washed, asked if I needed a ride back home or into work and generally thorough with the questions asked.When picking the vehicle back up I was treated courteously and efficiently.

I did not opt for a car wash as I had washed my car the day before (It was offered) but I was a little put out when there were oily marks on the cars paint work. I do realise you cannot make an omelette without breakings eggs but the oily marks were clearly visible, they should have been cleaned off.
