Sean Bessex was an excellent ambassador for your service department,being polite and keeping me informed throughout my visit to Stoke. He was very helpful on another issue I wanted advice about, and the car will be booked for annual service and to have this issue corrected thanks to his help and care.

Nick, John and Josh were all extremely accommodating. A few items needed attention on the car and as part of the sale these have all been addressed to my complete satisfaction. They offered a full 1-year RAC warranty as part of the deal which was also a very welcome addition. Buying a second-hand car is always daunting but these guys made it a pleasure.
