The service Adviser, Jordan was first class with his Customer Service and his knowledge of the vehicle was excellent. The whole experience was flawless and it’s obvious it’s a well managed Dealership with great staff.

Very professional and friendly service advisor on-site.Lady I spoke to during booking went through a few different options and savings with the service plan, sadly too expensive at this moment time.Always a bit dubious about the wash services. In the (long) past I've ended up with scratches on perfect paintwork. No comment on this visit.

The phone system for seeking status of my car was useless. After following all the prompts the phone kept ringing and not answered over a period of 15-20 mins. Eventually, I called sales, got an immediate answer and assistance in person from a sales employee to contact the service team. Very frustrating and needs fixing to avoid customer dissatisfaction.

I had to pay £500 as I had no V5 due to cherished plate. Sent copy of V5 over 2 weeks ago and still not been paid my £500. Despite chasing - no response.No V5 for new car over 2 weeks ago yet mine arrived within 2 days. No response despite questioning.Asked for a list of the extra spec on new car but had no response - again for 2 weeks. Felt the purchase / exchange was great but since then very poor .

Very professional in the way my enquiry was handled and an offer was presented. Unfortunately at this time we had changed our minds to renew our second car.
