Adam Melville was very helpful - worked hard to get to the figures I needed in order to go ahead. After agreeing to go ahead he kept me informed about the vehicles progress through the workshop and body shop - he even came in on his day off to handover the car. A great ambassador the company.

I can’t fault the staff at all. However.. my father has had BMWs for years and has always had a service with bmw. They’ve always returned spotless and had a complimentary clean. I was very disappointed that my car had not had this full service - the front was still dirty.Never mind, just a little disappointed
