The standard of finish to the complimentary valet was not good to the point the car needs to be re washed.Also there are scratches on the left side wheel arch that I believe were not the there when the car was dropped off.

Demi made me feel so welcome and she was so helpful which made it a pleasure for me to by my new carDan was excellent going through the finances and making it easy for me to understand, although we did everything over micro soft team meeting , He even came out to meet me when i came to pick up my car which i thought was a nice touch

My lift back from the garage let me down & I was offered a free taxi home & back, I certainly wasn't expecting that. Top marks. Car was cleaned. I'm very happy with my experience. Well done

BMW were good and wanted to get the problem sorted, However we were planning on going away on the Thursday (we dropped the car in at Stoke on the Wednesday afternoon) for the bank holiday weekend but we were without a car and Enterprise were unable to get a car for us even into the Thursday evening. then at half 5 on Thursday they said we could have a One Series but this would be coming from Oswestry then they would deliver this to us but then we would have the drive them back to Telford for us to them drive back home to make our onward Travel. In the end this wasn't even possible as we have a dog and bags which wouldn't have ben able to fit into a one series so we waiting till the Friday and collected the car when it was ready at 5pm on the Friday afternoon. BMW have fixed the problem which was great but Enterprise creating an issue that looks bad on BMW which also cost two days of holiday.
