For the second time my car has been left with you and both times I have asked that you look at the radio as it constantly loses signal and goes off. Both times I have been told there isn’t a fault but whether or not your system says there is a fault or not, something must be wrong or the radio would not keep losing signal. On a recent trip to Yorkshire the radio was on for about 35 minutes of a 3.5 hour drive. If someone actually took the car out then you would see this to be the case but instead I’m just told there isn’t a problem! I’m not happy

Jordan in the service department was very helpful and dealt with the issue very professionally. Still shocked that the failure of the abs pump could have reau2in a horrendous accident with my children in the car.

Adam Melville was very helpful - worked hard to get to the figures I needed in order to go ahead. After agreeing to go ahead he kept me informed about the vehicles progress through the workshop and body shop - he even came in on his day off to handover the car. A great ambassador the company.
