I can’t fault the staff at all. However.. my father has had BMWs for years and has always had a service with bmw. They’ve always returned spotless and had a complimentary clean. I was very disappointed that my car had not had this full service - the front was still dirty.Never mind, just a little disappointed

I would just like to mention Lauren Simpson who I dealt with for my service she is a credit to the company she was so friendly an informative and even went out of her way to provide updates an order myself a taxi so I was able to collect my car. Lauren made the experience 5 stars!
