Josh Mann at Stoke was excellent with his service. He was always available to speak to and made the transaction very smooth. On collection he presented the vehicle in an excellent condition . When I first contacted Lookers I was introduced to Jack Casewell.A charming young man on the phone.I gave Jack the spec for the car I wanted to buy.He then contacted me again to tell me that he had found the car for me.I travelled from Glasgow to collect the car on Monday 25th July with my wife.Jack was at the railway to collect us both.He is indeed a charming young man who managed to source the perfect car for me.10 out of 10 for Jack.
