Initial booking was ok but the switch to remote call centre means the people don’t know about the actual issues and they advised me to check the vehicle manual and arranging a hire care through enterprise was painful, at one point I was offered a transit van. It took two days to get a car.When trying to chase the service team it was obvious they were under resourced, I couldn’t get through on the phone for two days.Once Taylor from service picked up my issues she was brilliant and has kept me informed.

Adam Melville was extremely helpful and made the process of purchasing a used car very easy and enjoyable. Becky moreton was also really helpful with my original enquiry and provided prompt answers to all of my questions. The only issue I experienced was when we arrived to the dealership. Having travelled almost 3 hours to view and collect a car, there was no one to greet us when we arrived. This was disappointing as I have phoned up to notify Antony (who was covering for Becky as she was on leave) that I was on my way. Adam kindly stepped in and did an excellent job, thank you Adam.
