The booking was not as easy as last time as Lookers have had a new system installed and as a result you had record of me or my car on your system. I have been coming to Knights for many years and you are my nominated dealer so I was disappointed with the booking in system. It was not the faultof the people as all the staff were helpful and very professional.

I am unable to provide all the answers as I did not visit in person. I did however receive a very timely response to an expression of interest I submitted via the Internet. And, then very quickly received a personalised video which was spot on. I was not quite sure on the colour of the car, and the video helped confirm this for me, so on this occasion I was not able to take this any further.
