The car at the time of delivery, was not cleaned to the standard one would expect off, when buying a luxury, premium SUV.I would suggest to look into improving the same as well as tightening the inspection process on this aspect prior to delivery of the vehicle to the customer.

On travel home to Glasgow the Engine Management like came on. So the car went into limp mode due to the exhaust filter being blocked. I thought the journey from Stoke would have cleaned out the DPS. The car has been un drivable since purchase. I had to take an extra 2 days off work due to no transport. The car is in the garage at Lookers Jaguar Glasgow. Still awaiting outcome of repair.
