Stoke BMW are a great dealership. The awful Crewe dealership should learn some lessons about customer care. I would never go to Crewe again and I advise all my colleagues to stay away

Having bought many new cars over the years I rate Jason Soden highly amongst the sales personnel I have dealt with. The purchase was completed in less than 24 hours, inter communication was quick and he started work early to suit my needs in collecting the car. Well done to him!

You're not my local dealer, so wasn't expected to be offered a Service plan. Demi was really helpful, and despite not being my original sales person (As they've left) she was great, even coming in on her day off to make things easier for me.Shout out to Dan Hunter who was also really helpful and friendly too :)

We liased with Jordan Eldergill from service from booking the appointment to collecting the vehicle. Jordan kept us informed re time scales, what was going to be done to the vehicle and when he would contact us. Process was uncomplicated and ran as Jordan had explained. On collection we were informed of issues unrelated to work being carried out which was very thorough and helpful . Excellent service as always.

These ratings are reflecting the service I received once Jack Bourne and Dan Hunter took over from Dave Carter. Prior to this over 9 months of waiting for my car communication from Dave Carter was pretty much non existent unless I chased. There were several occasions where I nearly withdrew from the purchase.
