Taylor was lovely and welcoming. She ensured I had a lift home as I was with my newborn baby, I thought that offer was so lovely and made me feel she had really gone above the mile (is that the phrase?). She rang to let me know the car was all finished and could be collected. She was great. I was also very grateful for the clean condition you left my car in. Thank you

I have been a customer here for a few years and we just picked up our new X5 M50i. Jason, Ant, Tony the HOB and Toby dealt with us superbly and if Carlsberg made car buying transactions the it would probably be the best !!! We have received AWFUL Service from other recent car buying experiences NOT THIS DEALERSHIP so to be dealt with the way we have is a credit to Knights North Staffs / Lookers BMW STOKE.I would like to extend my gratitude to the whole dealership for making us very happy with our new car thanks to the team.Even sales staff that weren't part of the deal itself made us feel very welcome. Lauren Simpson welcomed me with a smile. Took care of all the necessary paperwork and offered a drink whilst I was waiting for the service to take place. Once completed Lauren came back and explained everything about service then handed over the car keys to me. I was very happy with my experience at BMW

The lady from the service desk was fantastic at communicating with me and keeping me up to date on what was happening with my vehicle, showing me to the seating area and where to get a drink from. She really helped keep me anxiety down, made me comfortable after an awful experience with another branch. Thank you.
