Demi was very professional and I had no issues at all with how I was treated. Just one small issue was the test car was not the car on offer and having driven it I felt it was not the car for me. Additionally your spare parts provided a quote to fit a tow bar of over £2500.00! This did not do BMW any favours and highlighted the shear cost of BMW parts which also affected my thoughts on running costs. I thought the quote an utter joke to be honest.

Just a bit frustrated that my car has been to you 6 times with rear suspension issues at a cost of over £2500, it is more the inconvenience rather than the money so have decided to now part with the car

Initial service with sales was good, but, due to unforeseen issues the hand over of vehicle was very unsatisfactory.Both of us had been in contact with used cars sales team and communication had been good, but, we were unhappy that at the final stage, the hand over of the vehicle, (the most important part for me as I had never driven an automatic vehicle before) I was informed on the day of collection that it was being dealt with by a fourth member of staff - someone I had never had contact with before and who seemed unaware of my situation. I admit I was nervous and a little anxious on arrival that day. As my husband said on the phone, “who is actually taking ownership/responsibility for this”?
