Jordan was excellent, I asked if there was any chance of my car being ready by midday as I explained my mum was in hospital he rang late morning to say my car was ready and that they would try and get it washed too

Sean Bessex was the member of the service reception team that I dealt with - he was excellent.Unfortunately the service technician did reset the I drive log to record that my car had been serviced.This resulted in a 30 mile round trip to have them reset the log.

When I arrived and handed my key over the chap seemed to be having trouble finding my booking. I was asked if I had booked my car in for the day, so obviously there was a problem but when I showed evidence that I had booked I was then told my car wouldn't be ready until late afternoon but the MOT was booked for 12:00. If it wasn't going to be done at 12:00 why wasn't I told as I may have be planning on waiting. The video didn't show the tyre depth being measured and was not very informative.
