Your service adviser Sean Bessex made the whole experience a pleasure. He was very professional, courteous and went to great lengths to explain all aspects of my car’s service, service schedule and current service plan. Came out to the vehicle to demonstrate some features also. I asked a lot of questions and Sean had all the answers and explained them well and patiently. I have always had good service from yourselves and Sean continued this. I look forward to my next visit and will recommend your services to others. Thanks!

The booking system using a central number based in Glasgow was appalling. Unhelpful and I was ready to sell by BMW rather than deal with an organisation after owning BMS’s for 30 years. When I byepassed this system and contacted by local garage direct , my experience was totally different - helpful , courteous , professional and a pleasure to deal with . Jordan in service could not have been more helpful.

Nothing to do with the dealership but extremely disappointed with BMW as a brand - I spent £40k on a brand new car for prestige and reliability. My car is a Jan 2019 M140i and I have only completed 14,000 miles. It has been returned to the Dealership for every service and health check with no faults detected. Following its most recent service (& now out of warranty) the engine was losing a litre of oil every 6 weeks - you state you have fixed the problem and BMW are going to cover the cost but my confidence in the car is shattered! I didn’t really get a satisfactory explanation to the route cause and fear the fault will return! And to add insult to injury, I have a newly laid drive way that is now covered in oil patches.Funny really as your sales team were chasing me for a trade in up until you had it back for the oil leak and now they have gone extremely quiet - I guess you don’t want the vehicle back to sell on due to your confidence levels too!

Excellent service throughout with a professional approach, I would like to add that I was not offered a service plan but as a current customer I already have one with my old car which will carry over to my new car ! The staff knew this so it is in my opinion irrelevant.
