From the initial phone call the gentleman who took my call was extremely professional and The young lady Taylor who looked after me whilst my car was in for an emergency recall was amazing she was very polite and explained everything that had happened to my car whilst it was in your hands, her customer service skills are fantastic!My customer experience was outstanding if only all service providers took a leaf out of your book customer service would be amazing.Thank you so much.

Big call out to Jack Bourne who helped me get into a new car with BMW. Had previously a bad experience with BMW North Staffs but things have turned round from what i could see. Jack was attentive, great communication throughout, and helped me choose a car that I'm very impressed with. Nothing was too much trouble, and overall a great experience.

An outside valet would have been nice!! 👍
