I was surprised that my car wasn't washed off before collecting. My car was only a month old & had to go in due to an error message. This wasn't the 1st time there was a problem with the car. It was too far to take it back this time from where we brought it from. We would have brought a car from Stoke but the part ex offered was very poor.

The whole process of buying my new BMW was brilliant from start to finish was exceptional. Jack Bourne went out of his way to explain everything, made us feel welcome and his communication throughout the process was exceptional. This is our 7th BMW from Knights and the kind of interest Jack showed us is the reason why we keep coming back. Outstanding customer service and thanks for an excellent experience.

I thought Taylor was excellent, however, the problem I had with my screen washers seems to be widespread & is a very common occurrence. Never in all my experience of car ownership have I encountered a build up of slyme in the washer bottle. It is my view that it is likely the type of plastic used during manufacturing. I also think that there should be a review into this because if I am expected to pay around £100 every couple of years to have the bottle cleaned out, we'll that's simply unacceptable

Jason was great with the way he offered me and my partner different options, unfortunately the finance payments were a little high so we said we will be back in the summer to try again and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
