Great service but given my car had a recall I was never offered the chance for a courtesy car meaning extra travel had to be arranged. Either a courtesy car or hire car should be provided when the issue is caused by someone else

The service experience given by Jack Casewell was customer service at its best. Jack is warm and friendly, extremely polite and nothing is too much trouble for him. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family when looking for a new car.

The only slight disappointment was paint work damaged on delivery and I am left having to sort out repair due to distance I live from showroom. Also having to pay and wait to be refunded think it should of gone to BMW dealership for repair not chips away mobile repair shop but Richard has done all he can up to now
