Having been dealing with this dealership for over the past twelve years I was unable to have any contact with my dealership. I went on to the B M W website and got the local area code number to ring , and I expected to be answered by my dealership. I was surprised that I had been directed to a service division in Glasgow. I understand that the service centre was dealing with this dealership but I did not expect to speak to some one that was not at my local site when ringing a local number .king regardsPaul Bostock.

The booking experience was poor, I felt agent wasn’t really interested in me as customer. The agent I saw on the day I bought my car in was 10/10, excellent communication skills and understanding.Competitor dealerships reintroduced complimentary clean and valet services several months ago - has this now ceased at Lookers?

When trying to get a call back from Knights to discuss the warning lights, I was promised a call back on 4 previous occasions, but failed to get a call back.On this occasion there were no problems and the service assistant provided excellent service.

Lauren was fantastic throughout the day, always kept in touch and was very helpful.Main issue I had was being without the car for the entire day, my previous bmw, all be it a a few years ago now prior to covid, a courtesy car or option to have the work done whilst I wait was an option, this is now seemingly not the case based on booking online. This meant I had to make arrangements for childcare after school and pay for taxis on top of the work carried out on the day. I could if had the work done closer to home, there’s an formula one auto centre less than a mile from my house, but obviously I wanted the best for my car and experts dealing with it which is why people pay the additional price for the service provided.
