The only slight disappointment was paint work damaged on delivery and I am left having to sort out repair due to distance I live from showroom. Also having to pay and wait to be refunded think it should of gone to BMW dealership for repair not chips away mobile repair shop but Richard has done all he can up to now

As stated on another survey Jack Bourne was excellent. I bought my cars locally but the salesman I used to deal with retired - I bought 6 cars personally from him Jack was just as pleasant, and efficient. I told him so yesterday when I picked up the car.

Member of the sales team that dealt with my enquiry was nothing but helpful and answered all my questions and queries. Unfortunately there was an issue with a refund on my deposit which, again, Richard was happy to help me with.
